Investment proposal for the project:

Organization of production for in-depth potato processing in Voronovo district Grodno region.

Description of the investment project:	The project involves organizing the production of deep potato processing facilities at existing facilities or constructing a new enterprise.
General information	The implementation of this investment proposal is anticipated to occur between 2021 and 2025 through the establishment of a foreign enterprise or joint venture utilizing existing, unused facilities of state-owned agricultural and other companies, including Voronovo branch of Grodno regional consumer society.
Products, planned for production	Crisps (BrE)/chips (AmE), instant mashed potato, deep freezing, and vacuum packaging of peeled potato, etc.
Investment platform (Appendix A)	The project involves both the construction of a new enterprise and the use of existing unused facilities of both municipal agricultural and other enterprises.
Raw material supply	Own raw material base. Potato production in the district is carried out by all agricultural organizations of the district (7 state-owned agricultural enterprises, 1 agricultural unitary enterprise and 17 farms). In 2020, 10.9 thousand tons of potatoes were harvested from an area of 487 hectares in Voronovo district with an average yield of 217 kg/ha. Production per capita (including farms and personal subsidiary farms) is about one ton. 13 potato storage facilities with a total capacity of 22 thousand tons have been built for its storage.
Brief description of the market	One of the main problems in the country is the low level of potato processing: more than 70% is consumed fresh and only about 30% of grown potatoes are subjected to deep processing (production of starch, alcohol, etc.).

Organization of production and bottling of drinking water on the territory of Voronovo district Grodno region

Description of the investment project	Organization of extraction and bottling of drinking water at existing production facilities or construction of a new enterprise for extraction and bottling of drinking water in PET bottles with a capacity of 1 million dal per year
General information	The implementation of the investment proposal is expected in 2021-2025 through the creation of a foreign enterprise or the creation of a joint venture with the cooperative industry plant of Voronovo branch of Grodno Regional Consumer Society. Geological and geodetic studies have been carried out, and a well has been drilled.
Products, planned for production	Bottled drinking water in PET bottles with a capacity of 5-20 liters.
Investment platform (Appendix A)	The well is located in the village of Dainova, Voronovo district, near the border with the Republic of Lithuania. The planned land allocation for the industrial site is ~ 1 Ha. Availability of communications: highway M11/E85 border of the Republic of Lithuania – Lida – Slonim – Byten – 5 km, railway track – 6 km.
Raw material supply	Characteristics of the artesian drinking water well: depth 253.0 m, capacity 25 m3/day, mineralization 287.3 mg/ m3
Brief description of the market	The volume of the drinking and mineral water market in the Republic of Belarus in 2019 amounted to 27.5 million dal per year. The last 2 years – the annual growth rate is 12-13%. Exports amounted to 1.5 million dal. The volume of the potential export market in Russia is 400 million dal per year.
